Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date an order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be made in the original packaging.
Items not in their original condition, items that are damaged, and/or items that are missing parts for reasons not due to our error are exempt from being returned.
Items cannot be returned more than 30 days following delivery, as verified through third party shipping companies.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This should be completed within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t yet received a refund, please check your credit card and/or bank account and contact them as needed. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often a processing time. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@sabianpress.com.
Sale Items and Coupon Codes
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may only be refunded for the amount paid (the “sale price”). Items purchased using coupon codes are treated equivalent to sale items and can only be refunded for the price paid, less the restocking fee (refer to Shipping Returns section).
From time to time, we may create coupon codes for internal use, website development, to help facilitate special orders, or another reason. Orders made using these coupon codes by parties who were not expressly authorized to use these coupon codes will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded, less any applicable fees.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, send us an email at accounts@sabianpress.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please email accounts@sabianpress.com.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with the return of your item. A 25% restocking fee (not to exceed $10.00 per item returned) will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds will deduct the cost of original shipping. For reference, individual books shipped domestically within the United States will use the United States Postal Service’s US Domestic Media Mail rate.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please send us an email at accounts@sabianpress.com. Only orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled. Cancelled orders are not subject to a restocking fee so long as a shipping label has not yet been created for your order. If a shipping label has been created, cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking fee. Please note that your credit card company and/or our payment processing partner(s) may charge an additional fee.
